Overview

A multi-company organisation needed a structured way to deliver training remotely while maintaining consistency, auditability, and measurable outcomes. Training was previously organised manually using email, shared documents, and ad-hoc Teams calls — with no reliable way to track attendance, assess understanding, or issue certification. We built a Teams-integrated training portal that automated session setup, delivery, assessment, and certification across multiple businesses.
